No two students are alike. My goal is to tailor my tutorial session to fit the individual needs of my students. I work around my students' strength and weaknesses and try to approach the problems from their perspectives.
Outcome Driven Approach to Tutoring
An intervention without statistically trending results is useless. I want to see that my students are understanding what I am teaching them as well as improving their in-classroom performances.
